I find the best solution for boredom is listening to some tunes from my younger days. It is easy to laugh when thinking of some of the stuff that I would rewind over and over on my cassette deck back in the day. If that doesn't do it...then it's time to get on my feet and dance in front of a mirror. I may still be bored but if the laughter it causes doesn't help, the exhaustion of the effort will help sleep come quickly
