Is a women devalued after having two children?

My friend has two young children with the same man. Today she told me she is scared to leave (an abusive relationship) as she feels she is now devalued because of her children. What are your thoughts on this? I still think she should leave either way because being alone would be better then the abuse she is going through.

She might in the eyes of a few be off limits because she has children, but who the hell wants to be with a guy who uses that as a qualifier.

If she is being abused she needs to get out and do it now. She, when she is ready will find any number of men who will love her and her children. Around 80% of divorced men remarry and that means around a half million eligible men are added to the single population each year. No way she can't/won't find a mate because she has two children.
