Prostate cancer and effects

I was diagnosed with prostate cancer in 2019 and had several radiation treatments. Fortunately it worked and my cancer is in remission. But since going through it,i still get hard and have the feeling of ejaculating, i cant produce semen. This is frustrating because i really enjoyed cumming and actually loved the taste of it especially after having sex..While i am glad to be able to have sex, i miss the taste and experience of cleaning it out of a vagina Hopefully i will be able to find a couple to share that with.
