Silicone bra

I am considering the purchase of a silicone bra, the kind that has the strap behind the neck. They are not expensive on Amazon but mixed reviews.
My friends are small, only A but really I just want something to pull nips up and some support under. Will silicone do this? Is it sticky enough to stay under a shirt for an evening? Can I get more than one use out of them?
