Is it much easier for other women to approach women than for men?

Is it because all men are automatically presumed to be sexual predators and women do automatic judgements of sexual attraction almost without thinking due to how women are conditioned as they grow up into adolescence and adulthood and rate nearly all men as below their standards by default without even consciously thinking? If that's not actually factual, it's definitely anecdotally accurate in my experience(s).
