Being honest, open, respectful, kind and accepting of the guy for who and what he is - warts and all. That's extremely attractive but also super-rare.
Overtly flirting using her body is by itself not really 'attractive' since it probably means she's trying to get sex for the sake of sex and not wanting to be in any genuine love bond and/or adult relationship.
