Which is the better, best electric shaver for a young man 18 who doesn't have very much of a beard mostly blonde peach fuzz?

I prefer the rotary cutters of number 1, #2 has a reciprocating system that seems intent on pulling whiskers out by the roots instead of cutting them flush. The cutters of #1 are floating and will adapt to curves better than the straight "bar" across the top of the Braun. The wet or dry feature is great too. With a little soap and water, I get less razor burn and a better shave.
