I Date Older Men

Last weekend after a grueling shift, I got asked out by a new coworker 11 years my senior. We'd only just met but he was hot and friendly enough so I agreed. We went to a bar inside a restaurant and he bought me 2 tall glasses of a really good local beer.

I asked him why he chose me out of my female coworkers and he said it was bc I had gorgeous eyes and could take a joke (he'd been teasing male and female coworkers all day but I guess I was one of the few who teased back).

He then started asking somewhat more intimate questions, such as my marital status (Single), my age (he was surprised when I said 25, as I often hear that I look 18), and my turn-ons/turn-offs. He asked me if it was ok that he was an older man and I was like "Yeah I really don't care about that...in fact I prefer it."

2 hours later, I was fading fast, so I informed him that I really needed to get some sleep. He was disappointed but understanding. Now he's texting me for another date.✌

Sounds OK except for the work angle. If things don't work out well, you'll still have to see him most days of the week.

@greenmountaingal Nope. Normally that would be the case, but I work 2 jobs and 1 is rather sporadic so I only see him during those sporadic work hours. :)

@badmaddie Then go for it. He sounds like an OK guy.
