Are Beta males feminine and weak?

Not necessarily (though some are).
I’m a beta male....submissive to other men, However, I am more masculine than feminine and I’m not physically weak.

@DragonFruit I'm the same. Outwardly pretty standard looking not overly masculine or feminine. Emotionally and sexually I am more feminine
