Gentleman:
(1)
a: a man of noble or gentle birth
b: a man belonging to the landed gentry
c: a man who combines gentle birth or rank with chivalrous qualities
(2)
a: a man whose conduct conforms to a high standard of propriety or correct behavior
b: a man of independent means who does not engage in any occupation or profession for gain
c: a man who does not engage in a menial occupation or in manual labor for gain
Mostly the term "gentleman" entails wealth. This is the 1%. Unless one is speaking of definition 2a, then in that case it's barely 0.02% of the population.
Either way - and enigma, though almost all of us interested in poontang will claim to be a gentleman. In that case, what one seeks is deceit.
Wealth or deceit.. interesting choices.
