If Judge Kavanaugh admitted the allegation and apologized, should that disqualify him from being confirmed?

Attempted rape isn't one of those things you can apologize for... even the dolts who support the failing and gutless Baby-trump must learn that.

@MarkPaul And you know it is attempted rape ? How ? She went to him to the bedroom, she was not dragged, he put a move on her, she freaked out and said no, he stopped and tried to hush her up. That is it, quit trying to make it into something you don't know. By saying it was attempted rape you are saying that you know that something would have happened that did not happen because why ? Are you a mind reader ?

@Johnson212 We know what she said happened and what he attempted to do. It's based on her telling of his behaviour. It's possible she just wants UNWANTED attention or she is hoping to squash her own reputation by lying for her own professional amusement. But, we really don't need to proceed in silence.

After all, we can't read the minds of OJ, Bill Cosby, Anthony Wiener, Harvey Weinstein, Matt Lauer, Charlie Rose, Les Moonves, and the failing and gutless Baby-trump. And, we don't know what would have happened if they were allowed to continue pursuing their motives.

@MarkPaul There is proof that Cosby raped people and OJ killed a couple, that is a far cry from one teenager grabbing the boob of another teenager at a drinking party over 30 years ago. Apples and Oranges.

Not important enough to bring out then or during any of the other nomination hearings not important enough to bring out now.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@Johnson212 It is always important to bring up. It's why being silent isn't an option now... or ever again. Bad behaviour doesn't get rewarded. Time for you to grow up and be accountable.
Johnson212 · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul If being silent was not an option then she could not wait 30 years.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@Johnson212 Are you a mind reader? How do you know what was going on in her life and mind? And, she has brought this up earlier, just not in public. What exactly do you think you are defending?
Johnson212 · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul No I am not a mind reader but there was another person there and he said it did not happen so what is left. She said he grabbed her boob and he hushed her up when she yelled about it, he said it did not happen, the third person in the room said he remembers no such incident. There is nothing more to it than that. Senate just needs to give her a chance to talk, him a chance to respond and vote.

@Johnson212 It sounds like you are editing a reality TV show. I understand your mindset and self-interest in moving along to the next "episode," but here's a shocking newsflash for you... this is real life and reality TV isn't real.
Johnson212 · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul It is not a thought process it is just what she said in her allegations, I just paraphrased it in such a way as to take the hype out of it.
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@Johnson212 Oh, is that what you did? You mean as a public service out of the goodness in your hear for the benefit of all humanity?
Johnson212 · 61-69, M
@MarkPaul Yes because in comments and reports people kept using the word Rape and there was not even an allegation of Rape. I like to keep things in perspective .
MarkPaul · 26-30, M
@Johnson212 It seems you like to keep things artificially pure.
