God and the cosmic microwave background radiation

The cosmic microwave background radiation did not come from nothingness, wherefore it implicates the existence of God as the permanent self-existent creator and operator of everything that is not God Himself.

Last time I provided you with an answer and examples , you refused to read it because it had too many words.
You made the claim. It’s up to you to provide a reason . So far all you’ve done is say he made the universe out of nothing. And he’s controlling everything. But he’s identical to existence and can’t be detected .
Tell us how you know he’s there, if he can’t be detected.
You must have some criteria. What is it.
