Why do Atheist seem to know more about the bible than Christian ? Have they something to prove ?

Now PEW research is indicating Religious Knowledge, not specifically Bible knowledge so there is a difference here. But closely related. So to that I would speculate it basically comes down to knowledge and study of scripture; in other words actually reading the Bible. How many people do you think actually know these...
