How and why a human become an atheist

I am certain God exists, but I need to know how and why atheists become atheistic.

So, paging any atheist, please explain how and why you become an atheist, that will motivate me to know God better.

Hi atheists, you have got to study the concept of God from me as I am a theist.

So, here is my latest definition of God:

God is the permanent self-existent spirit creator and operator of man and the universe and everything transient.

What are your objections against my latesst definition of God?
