Yet it was perfectly okay for them to keep coming at me with "it's well documented, why don't you believe it".

Because I'd rather believe in science than someone who walked on water, brought people back from the dead and cured illnesses just by touching people.

"Thou shalt not suffer a witch to live", yet all that ^ magic (and a lot more) is perfectly fine. I guess because they're "miracles" it's suddenly different?

I've come across that a lot.
If i make a pots about how x scientific discovery contradicts a certain interpretation of the Bible, I'm "bashing Christianity".
If i discuss an issue i have with something in the Bible then I'm "attacking Christianity because i hate Christians".

Well they might have been saddened. A lot of Christians do just believe that they're right and us heathens need salvation.
Or they might have just said "it saddens me" when what they really meant was "I feel superior to you".

@ScrewThisImDone The Rapture is even a point of contention among Christians. There is plenty of disagreement about when it will happen, or even if it will happen.
