Yay! I love when I have exploding head syndrome! 😡🥱

Almost asleep so many times last night, then suddenly a loud ass BANG! that wakes you up. Once you’re fully awake it’s clear that it was just in your head, but now you’re fully awake again. Half an hour later, almost asleep again, and *BANG!*

That went on until after midnight. Then at 3:30am I woke up out of some weird ass nightmare that a pack of rabid demon lawyers were after me. Tried to get back to sleep for an hour…my lil dog even tried to cuddle me for a while to help…but by 5am I gave up and made coffee.

Thursday. Of course it’s Thursday. I hate Thursdays.

@SW-User They don’t know what causes it…it’s not a constant thing, but every now and then it just happens. Always right as you’re falling asleep too. Usually it’s just once in an evening though…multiple times in a night like last night is rare for me. And the best I can describe is like the sound you hear when someone slams cupped hands over your ears…very odd.

@DDonde So bizarre! It’s happened randomly to me since my 20s. I found out what it’s called randomly…one of those Simon Whistler youtube videos about medical conditions you’ve never heard of.
