My brain hurts...too much information

I just read in my Scientific American magazine that our solar system (sun and planets) is flying along at 241 km per second, orbiting the center of the Milky Way galaxy every 210 million years. I already felt insignificant, and this didn't help.

What do u think of the online AI scientists all in a twist about an intelligent rock in the sky? Should anyone care?

@Ohplease47 It is an interesting phenomenon, but I think it should only be a concern of the scientists who study such things.
