@BlueSkyKing you always insult these posts, why not just ignore it?
@AlchemyFox You post, I get to comment. That’s the rules. My statement isn’t false. Why must I have respect for magic based frauds?
@BlueSkyKing You’re no fun ! The question wasn’t meant to be taken that seriously.
@bijouxbroussard When should astrology be taken seriously? There are thousands of astrology sites, storefronts, books, and other media items. All out to take gullible people’s disposable income. Yet they "get offended" by criticism of fortune telling.

I like realism and truth. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary proof. Is astrology extraordinary? I’d say-so.

@BlueSkyKing the rules?

I agree with @bijouxbroussard you're no fun.
@BlueSkyKing I’ve always seen it more as entertainment than anything else.
And you may notice I’ve not asked anyone for a cent. 🤨
@bijouxbroussard There’s the disclaimer. But all the websites are out to make money by fleecing the credulous.

No educational requirements are needed for astrology. Just an ability to stereotype. Substitute a sign for an ethnicity. Does that still make it entertaining? Astrology is acceptable bigotry.
@BlueSkyKing Good grief ! Except that anyone of any race, ethnicity or gender can be a Taurus if they’re born at a certain time of year. Seriously, if you’re truly this offended, why not keep scrolling ? Heck, why not just block me ? I promise I won’t be offended. 🙄
@bijouxbroussard Why would I be offended? I’m active in this section and question other things. In Yahoo Answers, astrology was in the entertainment section and evolution was in the science section.

Astrology isn’t racism or sexism, but it’s still a fate of birth discrimination. It’s saying by just using a calendar, I know about you. If there were actual data to support what astrology states, then it’s not discrimination. In these times, it’s difficult to find a life partner. Why should astrology be the excuse to establish or eliminate a potential relationship? Plenty of people do this and it’s mostly women.

In its original use, astrology was for predicting the future. Then it faced competition from other types of divination. Which gave instant results. So it changed over to a personality programmer. Just date of birth wasn’t good enough. Time and location is required for the most accurate reading. If you give the same information to ten different astrologers, they will have ten different results. Where is the consistency?
@BlueSkyKing That’s why I view it as ‘for entertainment purposes only’ and nothing I take that seriously.
So why are you ?
You could be on someone else’s post discussing something you actually approve of.
@bijouxbroussard I’m being entertained too.
@AlchemyFox prolly a Gemini
