Remember when i made korma last time?

Well i wasnt happy with it because i didnt have any garam masala to put into it, so ive saved it in my fridge and today I am giving it back some life. I put in new chicken, another can of coconut milk, and garam masala. Hopefully that will do the trick 😍

Please don't put coconut milk in Korma
It is bad karma - use mustard oil if you can, otherwise Ghee (clarified butter, the staple of Indian cooking oil) or butter or even olive oil, but not coconut milk
Garam masala can be added to gravy , but better results obtain when crushed masala is sauteed in oil to dissolve & release the oleoresin.

@Domking I know it works well with water and corn starch as well to thicken it up though, but cream definitely adds depth to it when you don't have all the necessary ingredients

@MartinTheFirst curd itself contains cream. You can use ordinary milk cream.
But cream shouldn't dominate the curry - spices in oil with a little moisture should dominate

@Domking What exactly is "crushed masala" I've only ever heard about garam masala. Can you show me a picture?
