What to do about a weak Dong?

According to news reports, Vietnam has a very weak dong. Is a weak dong a bad thing?

Should Janet Yellen embrace the weak dong or wait for it to strengthen? She claims that even at these levels she finds Dong attractive.

My dong is subject to periodic inflation based on the rise and fall of stimulus. I find that at peak inflation it can experience explosive growth. While it is ultimately subject to the boom/bust cycle it does seek safe shelter where significant deposits are made and then withdrawals.
