Spoons have been disappearing at my house for a while now and we are down to four spoons. Where the heck do spoons go?

Not spoons but coasters since my parents moved to their new house. they've bought them multiple times but the keep disappearing, only 1 or 2 of each set remains :/

Lol….. I too have faced this small spoon crisis. Think sometimes they inadvertently get thrown away with whatever food container they were spooning with.
