What's people's thoughts on Atlantis? Real or no?

Plato and other ancients believed it was real. But the details are sketchy with no solid evidence about it currently available. Yes, I believe it existed. As for the various legends and beliefs about it...who knows? Certainly not all the vaguely informed New Agers.

@greenmountaingal I remember there being a museum with old writings from Egypt about a battle with possibly Atlantis although I don't remember the details.
