I visited an Edvard Munch (Norwegian painter) exhibition recently, and my impression was "These paintings/drawings are a result of psychopathology, not talent."
@peterlee I was there with a friend of mine, and he found the paintings and drawings deeply depressing. But not for me: they left me totally cold. I just felt this wasn't for me.
@peterlee We went to a coffee shop too, afterwards. I was a bit worried about my friend because he looked depressed. I tried to cheer him up, successfully.
