I was placed with four other members to work on an initiative
Which has to do with participatory human rights education. That's a part of the content.
Not from my country.
Despite of the topic itself, they are all so very passive. How do these people expect to create active learning environments for students in their countries , when as teachers' trainers and policy makers they fall so short and don't meet any of those standards?
They are bad at communication.
They are too dependent on my brain.
They are horrible at critical reflections and analysis.
And they are too old to be this timid.
Ahhh
The problem starts from here. There should be a guide to train trainers. And a guide about that guide too.
