Who is your favourite painter?

the "happiest" guy on the planet
PatKirby · M
@soar2newhighs

Ok so there was a show? Cool, didn't know that🤔
@PatKirby yeah he was on pbs. i don't know if that channel exists any more
@PatKirby Yes he had a show. Not sure how many seasons where he’d explain his techniques as he painted the canvas.
Kenny Jackson is one of the best painters in the area. Reasonable prices and he does interior and exterior, trim, etc. 😀

@YourMomsSecretCrush I need a new guy. My guy retired.
Me in the morning when I persist after losing the will to finish applying the rest of the foundation

I tend to like particular paintings rather than particular artists. Some of Picasso's paintings before the abstract stuff (or whatever it's called) like "The Old Guitarist". I also like William Blake, but more for his poetry than his art.

The Old Guitarist:-

@LesDawsonsPiano

I like his painting from Blue Genre too .. I can’t understand his Cubism style ..

That's an impossible question. One week it might be Singer Sargent, the next it could be Basquiat.

I dont have a favorite but like art from other centuries
Claude Monet, Pisari, and Joseph Turner …

It depends on my frame of mind at the moment.

Van Gogh caught me up in his dreams, Picasso for his many styles, Marcel Duchamp for his originality.

In terms of creativity, Salvador Dali. In terms of who I enjoy to watch painting for relaxation, Bob Ross.

ninalanyon · 61-69, T
@Highskirt Hartbeat was later (84 to 93 according to Wikipedia), probably after you had stopped regularly watching children's television. Certainly long after I had. In fact I had left the UK by the time Hartbeat was in its second year.
