What is the differences between these 2 compasses...?
They're both bow compasses and seem to have extensions, but do they have different uses? I mean, why would the kit need to have 2?

According to the reviews, the extension legs don't fit on the smaller one, so that's what the larger is for. But I'm not sure why they included the smaller one then as you can draw small circles with a large one too. Maybe so you don't wear out the large one for small circles? But that says a lot about the quality.
