I'm gonna have to pay someone to apply the tattoo for my Halloween costume

I'm going to be the character Jinx from Arcane/League of Legends, who has distinctive tattoos on the right side of her body. I want to go all the way with this costume and get every little detail right, right down to her tats. Here's what Jinx's tattoos look like:

The costume I ordered did some with some body paint, but no way in hell am I going to be able to do that and I doubt someone like my spouse or sister could do it right, assuming they would even be willing to. Screw it, I'll hire an artist or professional body painter or whatever and have them do it. Like I've said before, I really want this costume to be perfect and I'm willing to pay even more money to see to it.
