Which do you prefer Dali or Klimt?

Salvador Dalí and Gustav Klimt were iconic masters from different eras who shared a fascination with the human body. Dalí explicitly paid tribute to Klimt in his 1974 etching titled Hommage a Klimt, likely connecting with Klimt's history of facing censorship and accusations of pornography regarding his erotic and symbolic works.

Artistic Connections & Differences
Movements:
Klimt (1862–1918) led the Vienna Secession and worked within Art Nouveau/Symbolism, while Dalí (1904–1989) was a leader in Surrealism.
Shared Themes:
Both artists heavily focused on human sexuality, eroticism, and the form of the female body. Dalí frequently featured his wife Gala nude in his art, much like Klimt's intimate figure studies.
Tribute Art:
Dalí's Hommage à Klimt is a signed etching printed on BFK Rives paper from an edition of 300.

I will always remember Dali's limp watches, allegedly based on the view of melting cheese.
