Well... By designer I mean my 11 y/o niece made it from scratch at school.
Every year, the elementary school (1st to 7nd grade) has an art café with easter specific art the students made that year. We can buy the art, and pay as much or little as we choose for it. There's also cake, coffee, soda, and hot dogs for sale duringthis, but only after the kids learning how to play an instrument of their choosing have performed on stage. (The learning of an instrument is optional)
