What seems to happen these days is best exampled by one of the girls that are currently with me.
Her name is Jasmin and she's hooked for over a year with her pimp. Done well. Made good business. Easy going. Compliant. Yes, she ticks all the boxes. The pimp takes 75% of her earnings. But, for some reason or other, the pimp had decided that she needs to be on drugs and be more 'controllable'. Jasmin has been upset about this. Not only for the fact that she has been compliant and doing her best, but also that she dislikes doing drugs. Her pimp has made her.
So, this is where I have come in. Jasmin had contacted me and discussed her fear and upset about the whole situation so I've taken her away from said pimp. Not easy, but the pimp in question knows that when I mean business, I mean business - a broken arm, 2 black eyes and numerous fractured ribs have revealed that in the past.
The girl has been under my wing. I got her cleaned up of drugs, got her a place to stay, and got her working for me. Oh, and it's a 50-50 split in earnings.
I've also assessed her compatibility with the rest of the girls. They're a good bunch, will help each other out, respectful to each other and, most important, tolerant of one another.
Heck, they'll make cakes for each other in their off-time - just like any other group of people that work in any other job. We've built up the business and the business model by being honest and open with each other and supportive.
Jasmin fitted in straight away.
There are house rules, of course, but the most important - as I'll paraphrase - notice is set by front desk ; Treat the ladies with respect. Failure to do so indicates disrespect and the management reserves the rights to break anyone's legs that are disrespectful. Enough said, right?
I show love and kindness to the girls, will reprimand them if they're stepping out of line with the others, but I try to put across positivity.
We celebrate birthdays and anniversaries etc. Show love, get loyalty back. Simple.
As I still hook myself - this whole pimp thing, for me, was fostered onto me and not something that i was planning to do - and lead by example.
