I think it's great! But I think too that what makes baking goods so good are the hands evolved... Giving warmth and energy, transmitting love to breads and cookies 馃い馃崻 It'd be good for cakes though and more liquid dough's recipes..
@elafina I would agree till I got rheumatoid arthritis to the point it was no longer comfortable to hand-knead. I loved kneading bread too. I am in remission since taking Boswellia the last 9 months but still.
