Does this appliance exist?

I'm sure everyone is familiar with a hot-air portable hand dryer that you'll find in the bathroom of almost any public building anywhere.But I was told there was a larger version of it that you could get for your bathroom in your home that acts as a hot-air body dryer that you use after taking a bath/shower in place of a towel.Does such a appliance exist?If so,where could you get it?
