Coming from the big bad who's one of the most powerful beings in the One Piece world, no less.
It's frickin' hilarious when he's looking all evil and imposing, then lets out one of his "WORO-RO-RO-RO-RO!" It doesn't help that his expression almost always looks like a grimace when he does laugh. I swear, they tried to make him look and sound as ridiculous as possible, despite how powerful he is. 🤣
