I Love Anime

Last night an anime and manga fan club that I just joined through my local library had a movie night and we watched My Neighbor Totoro. It was one of the most amazing films I have seen. I loved the characters the soundtrack was beautiful and the narrative (although it was fairly simple) was heart-warming. There were moments that made me laugh, made go aww, and I must admit made me want to cry. The film was directed by Miyazaki who is a lengend in the otaku world (and probably a legend in terms of animated films in general). If you have not checked out this film please do so. Although it is definitely a childrens film, it is definitely enjoyable for people of all ages!
