Do you have a favorite anime movie/TV show?

I'm not an anime guy, but I watched a series called The Promised Neverland a few months ago. It was pretty damn good.

@Kwek00 It is a very cool intro.

@bijouxbroussard It's an even better show.

But that intro... the music and the animation. It's close to perfection.
@Kwek00 This one’s my favorite—it was written locally.

@Sharky86 I'll have to show my son this list.
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@Sharky86 @BlackPhillip If you want to go really deep in the tank, then you need to watch: Wicked City (1987) and maybe Demon City Shinjuku (1988). And if you want a visual masterclass in heavy fast speed action then there is also Redline (2009), but there is little story to that one... I think it's more made by the animators then by someone who took the time to write a script. 😅

@Kwek00 Yeah I saw these.
There's also Kizumonogatari, a 3-film series about modern vampires and stuff with great visuals and animation. There are plenty of interesting stuff out there.

@ChipmunkErnie I got some of it on DVD... but in the EURO area, most of these DVDs have bad quality and were censored. It kinda sucks. But yeah, I think I have the originals on my hard disk.

@Kwek00 Decades ago there was a mail order place here that specialized in hentai, high quality uncensored DVDs.
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@ChipmunkErnie Well, I look for stuff like that from time to time... like cult stuff. And from time to time, they bring out a classic and I try to buy the DVD. Couple of months ago, I finally got a good copy of "Wicked City"... so that's cool.
