I had a dream that I woke up to pippy’s cough

and I found her alive in a basket. And I thought the vet must’ve been wrong. She’s alive and she was sleeping, and she hasn’t had food or water in a long time. I picked her up and I was carrying her around and then I remembered I buried pippy, and realized this must be a dream.

I lost two dogs so I know how it feels. The first one bit someone after escaping the house and had to be destroyed. The second one became too unwell to function any further and passed on. 7 years with the first dog, 14 with the second. It's shit, but I just focused on the happy life that they may never have otherwise had. That's the only way that I could keep it together.

@UBotMate I lost my first dog before i got pippy, so she was my second loss as well. I had her 15 years. I keep trying to think of the life she had, but I get no comfort from it right now
