A cat was stalking suki this morning

Pippy wanted inside after her morning bathroom break but she didn’t have suki with her this time. Suki can’t be out alone because she’s timid and not very bright, so I stood at the door to watch her until she was ready to come in. A cat came out of the bushes low to the ground and was going straight for her. I yelled at it and it kept going so I ran and picked suki up, but it still didn’t run away. Once we got inside the cat was out there chasing squirrels.

Suki has had problems with cats trying to get her before. My mom’s cats would pounce on her, and they’d only leave her alone if pippy was beside her. I don’t know what it is about her that makes her a cat target.

I wonder if she wore something that made a sound if it would scare them away. A bell or a sensor for predators on her collar.

@HannahSky her collar does have a bell on it. I usually don’t put it on her if we’re at home, but now that you mention it, I think I’ll start
