It depends.. if they were farmed ones and not random ones from a garden that are full of parasites..

I used to like puring salt on them when I was a kid.but stop doing It after a few times. HELL no I can think Of better things to eat yuck.lol

@Kelly; oysters are better, I have to admit, snails are always cooked and the sauce provide's the most of the taste. .
