Well the rabbit did keep it's babies right beside my deck! She hide them so well I couldn't see them. Unfortunately one of my dogs did and killed two. I reformed the nest and put the remaining there in hopes the mother would not abandon them. She came back and the remaining four are doing well.
@metaldog the mother hid them so well Ididn't even notice them. We were out there for a week and none of the dogs noticed. I was very upset. I'm glad the mother didn't give up on the rest of them.
@JimboSaturn extremely! I had just been out in the yard with the kids the day prior to the whole incident. We were in that area too, noticed nothing at all. I probably never would have known they were there had my dogs not found them
