If you're an animal lover, do you judge people by the way they treat animals?

I like that quote. I notice how I tend to like people more if they also love animals dearly.

I certainly do. If you see someone abusing or neglecting animals then it is highly likely they will do that to a person as well. It is only a matter of time.

They clearly lack empathy which I see as a massive red flag and cut those people out of my life quickly.
