Christmas morning 2020 [I Love Animals and Nature]

Just wanted to share a tiny portion of our lives with you.
No matter what season it is.. the first thing my awesome man does.. every single morning. Feed our friends. This is a small gathering.. at times we have had 18 hungry neighbors.

I love the deer. They're so beautiful. I don't see how anyone can shoot them, except with a camera.

And then, there IS the matter of controlling their populations in particular areas. I just hope their demise is a painless as possible.

@PhoenixPhail no one hunts our property not even us. Tonight is going to be real cold. So we spread out more corn for them. There were 12 deer tonight feeding. The bucks are losing their points.. racks now. Can't wait to see if I can find some.

The mountain folks here live off the land. They respect and do not abuse the gifts of the land. It feeds their families.
