I Love Animals
We feed a family of magpies with dried cat foot that we put on our front porch so we can see them through the door. We've been doing this for some time now and have noticed that this year we have a group of juveniles that will start singing to let us know they are there and there is no food in the dish. Now, I don't know if you've ever heard an Australian magpie sing, but it is beautiful. The only call that is prettier is the pied butcher bird, but they don't do it as much.
Anyway, here I sit, typing away with the lovely sound of calling magpies in the background.
