I was out running in the national park near where i live this afternoon and i had a "Jurassic Park Moment" where a large group of about 50 kangaroos came out of the trees to the right of the track to cross it right where i was standing. So i just stood still and they all went around me, and i fumbled on my phone to try and get a video of it, but the best i got was this photo. It's spring time here so lots of baby kangaroos too.

@Vivaci Mostly they just leave you alone if you aren't a threat. There's been cases where one has attacked someone, but usually the person has tried to approach their baby etc.
@SW-User That's natural...I'm glad that person got what he asked for. 😅
And what about ostriches? Do they attack or follow us around?

@Vivaci Mostly when people get attacked by something here they've wandered into it's territory either intentionally or accidentally.
I actually don't know anything about ostriches but we have emu's here, they're like an Australian version 😂 I don't like those because they are as tall as me and they always seem to peck me when i get close. My brother has two as pets and says they're loveable 😬
@SW-User Hahaha! Your bro seems like a nutcase...all brothers are nutcases. 😛😆

@Vivaci He's a great guy but he has turned his house into a wild life sanctuary. He even has this baby kangaroo and her name is Trouble.. and she lives inside. She's called trouble because when she hops around inside things seem to break 😂
