What to feed an injured baby sparrow that fell out of nest? [I Help Animals]

We don't have cat/dog food we can soak in water.

Will cereal (cornflakes) dipped in water do? Do we just leave the food in the D.I.Y. bird house? I'm worried it'll attract ants.

UPDATE: A poultry expert taught me that babyfood (i.e. cerelac) works when fed to the bird through syringe. Just a tip in case you experience something similar.

Turned out baby birds couldn't eat bird seed nor could they eat on their own just yet. They have to be fed.

You’re going to have to hand him over to professional, it’s a hard job to look after a baby bird and you’ll need specialist equipment and the right food. Try blended mealworms with water. You might get somewhere for a day or two but it will need 24/7 care/feeding
