The Bumblebees

The Vaccinium ovatum clump nearest they yurt, is abuzz with bumblebees, has been for more than a month as it flowers in increments. I was just sitting here on the porch combing the cat thinking why is someone way off over there somewhere running chainsaws.tjis early on a Sunday morning when I realized oh, that isn't the sound of saws way off it's the sound of many bumblebees. Hahaha I love Springtime. And I'm so glad the Bumblebees are making a come back as the honey bees continue their slide into extinction. Someone has to pollinate our food plants. In a very large area of China where they, decades ago now, drove the honey bee into extinction along with all of the other pollinators through too aggressive use of pesticides humans have to go out with little brushes and pollinate the fruit crops now.
