I Hate Animal Cruelty [I Am Against Animal Cruelty]

There's a woman on our street who takes her dog out each morning before she goes to work, lets him crap in the curb, and because of the regulations about animal fouling in London she has to pick it up using a plastic bag to bin it, and as she does so she yanks on the dog's collar and she is quite abusive as she does so!
