Animals Have Just As Many Feelings As Humans.

I find this interesting for Brazil to do and I wonder what the goal of this law is. There are stray dogs everywhere in Brazil. It's an actual issue. I had one that looked identical to mine at home come sit with me on the beach. I think ti was hoping for snacks but I had none.

Just the intensities are different.

Example: greed could be described as a feeling. Yet humans are likely the most greedy.
