This person has killed more than 30 cats in the neighborhood

He got caught and released the next day. The entire neighborhood came out to condemn this man as he made fun of them and some were hoping for street justice.

@Levenrack I dunno. But he'll mess with the wrong someone for sure in the future, I doubt he'll stop. Crazy how they let him out on 30 counts of animal abuse
