Dog Fighting [I Hate Animal Abusers]

I have the ideal punishment for people caught supporting or breeding dogs for dog fighting , including those organising the fights .Give them a short scarpel on a handle that cant cut deep enough to kill in one stroke and put them in a ring to fight to the death or slowly tortured to death .I bet people wouldnt be so keen to commit this crime then .
