I would personally flog someone inflicting cruelty on an animal.

@BalmyNites it's relevant because I believe cruelty of any kind is wrong. It's immoral to inflict cruelty on animals AND people. I'm not sure if you realize, but flogging someone is cruel, regardless of the motivation, unless it's an S&M thing.

@BalmyNites It's not a tangent. I'm saying that there is no distinction between animals and people. Flogging someone for animal cruelty is infact animal cruelty it's self. You'd need to flog yourself too.
